What this site collects, who helps us handle it, and how to reach us if anything on the site is hard to use.

What we collect
We only collect what you type into our forms:
- Membership application: your name, email, phone, current brokerage, license details, how you heard about us, and whether you're applying for the retired military, police and fire waiver.
- Referral slip: your name and phone, and the name, phone, email and address of the client you're referring, plus any notes you add.
We use this to process your membership, place your referrals, and reply to you. We don't sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing. When you refer a client, we share their details with the agent who will work with them, because that's the point of a referral.
How you found us
If you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, the site notes the campaign tags in the address (such as utm_source), the first page you landed on, and the site that sent you. It keeps them in your browser only until you close the tab, and sends them with any form you submit, so we know which ads and listings bring members in.
Services that help us
- Atco Studio Forms receives form submissions and emails them to us.
- Stripe handles membership payments. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Google Analytics counts visits and shows us which pages people use. It sets cookies and sends Google the pages you view, your browser and device type, your rough location (city level), and how you arrived. We don't use it for advertising and can't see who you are from it. You can block cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We don't use advertising pixels or session recording.
How long we keep it
Form submissions stay in our email for as long as we need them to run your membership or referral, and member records for as long as the state requires us to keep brokerage records.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. If anything is hard to read or use, or you'd rather do any of this by phone, call us at 856-685-1601 or email SJReferral@gmail.com and we'll help.
